Legend of the Slime

You are a slime that was adopted by one of the heroes who defeated the Undead Lich from  years ago. Until one day your owner left to the castle due to a letter of audience from the king to discuss the tense situation between the nation of ice and fire for it to be a trap by the lich to capture the heroes before invading. The slime inspired by its friend dawns his helmet and blade to venture forward to create his own legend. You use your blade to take down enemies and absorb their abilities to advance your journey in a grid based adventure.
